The Stockyards Smokehouse & Larder


Forgive me kosher gods! Many years ago I attempted to be a vegetarian for a week. I found myself eating veggie burgers for most of the short-lived experiment, which I interpreted as a testament to my unwillingness to part from the good stuff. Stockyard is my favourite restaurant in Toronto if I’m craving meat. You know how you can tell a place is good when it is always busy? It’s heaven for a meat lover looking for quality over quantity, satisfaction over heartiness. So you think you’re a rib person? They serve the greatest ribs you’ll eat in Toronto. Trust.
